RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY 

At All Things Mommy Boutique LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged, and we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds.

1. Returns/Exchanges:  At this time, we're currently not accepting returns or exchanges. If it is due to an honorable cause, we may make an exception. If the return is accepted, you will be held responsible for the return fees. If you would like to proceed with a return request, please contact us at shopallthingsmommy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return/exchange. Please include in the email, your name, order number, order date, and reason for your return or exchange. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Once we approve the return and receive the return in mail, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, less any shipping and handling fees. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging - not opened, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refunds: If refund has been approved, the price of the product will be issued back to the original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange and return for any reason. Please allow 3-7 business days for funds to show in your account - time frame will vary depending on the bank institution. 

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

 

6. Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

7. Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
